In honor of the creation of the  David Egan Dreamer Foundation in Lafayette Louisiana,  Louisiana Artist Monty Russell offers this David Egan/ Buddy Flett cover of"First You Cry."  All proceeds from this download will go to the Egan foundation. David Egan was a renowned Louisiana songwriter whose songs were covered by Percy Sledge. Irma Thomas, Maura O'Connell. Marcia Ball, John Mayall and Mavis Staples, Joe Cocker, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Lil Band of Gold, and many more.
